Congrats on your internship with Natalia!! You are so not a dork! I'd be way excited to be mentioned by her as well!
Too cute! What a fun experience that will be for you.
I am so excited for you. I know how much you look up to her. Natalia is the best. I love how she approaches raw food in stages; not everyone has to be 100 percent.
I don't know her personally, but she seems to be very down to Earth. You are lucky to have this opportunity.
Congrats to you! Very exciting times ahead for you. Enjoy and good luck!
I have been a vegan for 37 years. I haven’t taken any kind of medications or been to the drug store for over the counter drugs. I make my own beauty and holistic medicine. I weighed over 200 pounds when I started. I lost too much weight eating raw foods. I also loss muscles mass in areas of my body. I had to go back to eating 20 percent cooked and steamed foods.
Protein; I also make fresh vegan tofu daily with 2 percent carbohydrate flour. If I don’t eat vegan tofu I get feel exhausted. I might eat a small amount of cooked beans and rice every now and then. I love the way I feel. I rather die than eat from a meatarian diet. But there are many nutritional culprits.
Hospital: I had to go to the hospital once. It was horrible. The doctor thought I was anxious. They decided to force me to eat meatarian diet. That’s when I learned you do not have rights to a raw or vegan diet in the hospitals jails and armed forces. We are own our own.
Physicals: I did not go to doctors for physicals over the years. B12 deficiency. When my big toes kept getting numb I got a physical. My B-12 was 220 and 920 is normal. I had to take B12 shots each week until it was 720. I went back to doctors for my yearly physical. The doctor had to give me B 12 shots again because B12 was in the lower range. He told me to get a B12 monthly.
Ortharthritis: I woke up one morning and I could not walk. The doctor said I had ortharthritis of my lower spine. The pain was unbearable. I refuse medication. I gave my body arthritis flush by drinking cabbage juice. I also dry brush my body daily and use deep tissue massages with my King Garlic arthritis massage oil. I was thankful it reduces the inflammation. I only feel the pain once or twice a year. I am in a wheel chair. Calcium. The doctor said I didn’t get enough calcium from raw foods or take calcium supplements.
Vegan Urine: Over the years I notice a vegan’s urine is different from meat eaters. Our body detox each day. You can see it with your eyes. I checked my urine every two or three days. It let me know when to fast and detox. Vegans should get physicals. I am 67 now knowing I don’t have meat or diary food in my body is a blessing. Take care.
