I joined the CSL cleanse group run by the beautiful Kris Carr. The idea is to do a cleanse/fast for 1-3 days, once a month to give your body a rest and a chance to renew!!!!
I'm still following Natalia Rose's plan, but this is a jump start to hopefully help kick some of my sugar cravings! and right after the cleanse, I will go immediately back to my plan. I feel SO inspired lately... I just know I am on the right track to getting better!!
Kris explains in detail all the 3 stages of fasting in her Staging of fasting blog. I will be doing Stage 3, which consists of RAW Green Juices, Green Smoothies and blended soups. NO FRUIT, NO SUGAR.... which means... LEMONS, LIMES AND STEVIA ARE YOUR FRIENDS!!!
I went to the store today and bought so much produce, I'm all ready to juice! I'll update tomorrow :-)

I've had several people leave me comments and email me questions regarding the plan I am following by Natalia Rose and I promise I will have an upcoming post where I answer all your questions! I have actually learned some more things and have a lot more to talk about!!! :)

It is so great to hear how well you are doing. I am very excited to read your post about NataliĆ”'s plan for you. If possible, please also give an update on how you are feeling physically, mentally and happiness-wise.
