REBOUNDING! I find that my rebounder is not only good for jumping but it's good to get a tan as well. lol I find it to be very comfortable. I layed out in the sun for like two hours, I actually did some belly crunches while I was laying there... multi-tasking. lol
I'm still following my new plan and I'm doing really good without any fruit! I think it's been around 2 weeks since I've had any (besides 2 small granny smith apples). It's funny, because I find that whenever I think there is NO way that I will be able to stop eating a particular food - if I give myself a week without it, the cravings become less intense. At first, I was going insane without my fruit, and it was really really hard. Honestly, I don't know if I'd be able to do it if I weren't aloud to have my Lemons, Limes and Stevia! they are what help my sweet tooth! oh and some chocolate, too :)
Food from the past week has been pretty much Green juices in the morning, followed by a Green smoothie (recipe below). A huge salad with a baked sweet potato and avocado and then later probably another salad. I also have been really into sea veggies lately and making nori rolls, etc. Tonight I am making delicious Kombu pasta! I can't wait to see how it comes out.

I am so proud of you! You're so inspirational. I just bought a rebounder last week but have been too sick to try it out yet. And I'm going to make your smoothie recipe this weekend.
Lisa :)
I'm proud of you too! Your fridge looks good! lol
very impressed! i'm sort of wondering if i'm overdoing on fruits. . . but then i remember the intuitive eating thing and this summer i felt wonderful and glowing living on basically bananas. . . it's all one huge adventure- as you're so adept at showing us!
I fully applaud you for sticking to this and listening to how great you feel and I'm so enjoying your inspirational posting. . . and don't forget to think about california!!!!!!!

Good job chica, lots of us out here are proud of you. And you definitely are inspiring... I am gearing up for a new plan of sorts and will be joining the CSL cleanse group for a 3 day cleanse so I'm excited and your reminder of the Go-to Green Smoothie was right on time!
Glad to hear you are doing well without the fruits, it's something I've felt I needed to reduce as well for a while.
i tried the green smoothie recipe you posted and its awesome! keep posting recipes that work for you, i think theres a few of us who are trying the same program cause of you!
Hey im Kiwi (fruitarian) - well was lol. Im on a plan like yours except I probably eat too many nuts. I want to know if youve seen results after these couple weeks. Im dying to lose this water weight and be my skinny body again. Its so frustrating isnt it!!! candida is the worst experience for anyone who loves fruit. Please let me know how its going.
Love,
Kiwi
